What is Adealo?

Adealo is a website conversation platform for teams that want to answer visitors, capture qualified interest, and continue conversations without stitching together a generic chatbot and a separate support inbox.

How the platform fits together

• Smartbar: the visitor-facing conversation layer installed on your website.
• AI Agent: answers from knowledge you approve, gathers useful context, and escalates when a human should decide.
• Shared inbox: gives teammates the full conversation, ownership, notes, and visitor context.
• Help Center and Knowledge: provide factual sources for visitors and the Agent.
• Workflows: support lead capture, demo requests, callbacks, bookings, notifications, and handoffs.

A continuous conversation

A visitor can begin with a product question, receive a knowledge-backed answer, request a useful next step, and move to a teammate without repeating the conversation. Adealo is designed to keep that context together.

AI is optional

During onboarding, choose whether to Set up AI now or Start with your team. This choice changes the order of your setup plan; it does not put AI in front of visitors. Smartbar starts with team replies, and the Agent remains private until its launch checks pass and an admin turns on Visitor AI.
