Create and publish Help Center articles

Create a useful article

  1. Open Knowledge → Public Help Center.
  2. Create an article with one clear question or task in the title.
  3. Write the direct answer first, then add steps, conditions, and troubleshooting.
  4. Add a short page description and one or more categories.
  5. Publish the article.

Writing guidelines

  • Keep each article focused enough that search can identify the correct answer.
  • Use descriptive headings and ordered steps.
  • State prerequisites, limitations, and what successful completion looks like.
  • Link to authoritative legal or policy pages instead of rewriting them incompletely.
  • Avoid unsupported promises, roadmap statements, secrets, and private customer information.

After publishing

The public Help Center snapshot updates automatically. Open the public article and confirm its content and links.

Choose whether AI can use it

Publishing and AI use are separate decisions. Open Knowledge → Library, find the article, and use the AI use control to enable or disable it. After enabling it, allow a short processing period and test a paraphrased visitor question in Agent Test.
