Security, privacy, and data handling

Adealo OÜ provides the service. When you visit Adealo or create an account, Adealo generally acts as a data controller. When an Adealo customer uses the service to communicate with its own visitors, Adealo acts as a processor on that customer’s behalf, and the customer controls that visitor data.

AI data handling

• AI features process data to deliver the requested functionality.
• Customer Data is not used to train public or general-purpose AI models.
• AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed where appropriate.

Security

Adealo implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, so customers should also protect credentials, restrict access, and avoid placing secrets or unnecessary sensitive data in conversations or Knowledge.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of Customer Data, required visitor notices and consents, and having an appropriate lawful basis for their use of the service.
