Publish a branded Help Center on your domain

Prepare the Help Center

  1. Set the Help Center brand name, logos, colors, theme, SEO title, and description.
  2. Create categories and publish at least the essential visitor articles.
  3. Choose a contact experience and any approved external links.
  4. Enable the public Help Center and, if desired, Help Center access inside Smartbar.

Shared Adealo address

Customer Help Centers receive an address under help.adealo.com/your-workspace-slug. Article and category links remain inside that workspace path.

Custom domain

To use a branded hostname, enter the domain in Help Center settings and add every DNS record shown by Adealo at your DNS provider. Verification and certificate provisioning can take time. Do not remove required records while the domain is active.

Verify before announcing it

Open the final hostname in a private browser window. Test the homepage, category navigation, search, article canonical URLs, mobile layout, contact action, and Smartbar article links. Keep the shared Adealo URL available until the custom domain is verified and serving correctly.
