Adealo plans, pricing, and verified AI outcomes

Adealo uses workspace pricing with unlimited teammates. Prices are billed in EUR and exclude VAT.

Plan prices

• Starter: €49 per month, or €39 per month when billed annually. Includes 100 verified AI outcomes per monthly usage period.
• Grow: €99 per month, or €79 per month when billed annually. Includes 300 verified AI outcomes per monthly usage period.
• Scale: €249 per month, or €199 per month when billed annually. Includes 1,000 verified AI outcomes per monthly usage period.

Annual subscriptions are billed yearly; the annual figures above are shown as their effective monthly price.

Additional verified AI outcomes

Additional verified AI outcomes beyond the plan allowance are billed at €0.49 each. At most one outcome is charged per conversation, and a conversation becomes eligible for a new outcome after seven days without visitor activity.

Question resolution, lead qualification, demo booking, and callback arrangement are supported on every plan. Invitations, greetings, attempts, failed actions, internal tests, team-only work, and proactive prompts that do not produce a verified AI outcome are not charged as outcomes.

Outcome definitions and verification

• Question resolved: the AI provided a substantive answer and the visitor confirmed it, or Adealo's evaluator approved it.
• Lead qualified: configured qualification criteria were completed and the qualified lead or route was persisted.
• Demo booked: the booking and successful calendar event were persisted.
• Callback arranged: valid contact information and a callback task or scheduled callback were persisted.

No follow-up alone never verifies a question resolution. Evaluated no-follow-up verification requires at least 72 hours without an unresolved signal, a substantive answer, and evaluator approval. Every billed outcome includes inspectable server-owned evidence and a verification method.

Reversals, allowance behavior, and spending caps

If a verified outcome is later invalidated, Adealo reverses it and credits invoiced overage where applicable. Before Visitor AI can go live, a workspace admin must choose whether new public AI engagements stop at the included allowance or continue as pay-as-you-go at €0.49 per outcome. Pay-as-you-go requires a customer-set monthly euro cap. An active conversation may finish against reserved capacity; new engagements follow the saved fallback.

Using Adealo without Visitor AI

Every plan supports Smartbar, the shared Inbox, forms, and team workflows without requiring public AI. Choose Start with your team during onboarding if you want to launch those parts first. Visitor AI can remain off, be tested internally, or be turned on after its readiness checks pass. Team-led and AI-led coverage do not require separate subscription plans.
