Connected workflows and integrations

Adealo supports connected workflows that move confirmed conversation events into tools your team already uses. Availability depends on the integration and configuration shown in your workspace.

Calendar connections

You can connect either Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar for your workspace. Only one calendar provider can be active at a time, so it is not possible to have both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar connected simultaneously.

• Google Calendar: Scheduling and availability for configured hosts.

• Outlook Calendar: Scheduling and availability for configured Microsoft accounts.

• Meeting locations: Can include supported online meeting providers, phone callbacks, or a configured custom location.

Team notifications

• Slack: Route configured lead, booking, callback, or handoff alerts to selected channels.

• Microsoft Teams: Send configured internal alerts and handoff notifications.

• Webhooks: Trigger external workflows from supported Adealo events.

Before relying on an integration

Connect the account, select the correct destination, enable the intended event, and run a real test. Access tokens can expire and permissions can change, so monitor failures and reconnect when the workspace reports a problem.

The Agent should never promise an integration is available or an action succeeded unless the current configuration and system response confirm it.
