Free trial, billing, plan changes, and cancellation

Free trial

New workspaces can start with a 14-day Grow trial. No credit card is required to begin. At the end of the trial, choose a paid plan to continue paid features; otherwise the workspace may pause without a new charge.

Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually.
• Annual plans are billed yearly even when the effective price is displayed per month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; Adealo does not store full payment-card details.
• Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT.

Plan changes and cancellation

You can manage the available plan and billing actions from your workspace billing settings. You may cancel according to those settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and access may be suspended for overdue payments after reasonable notice.

Account-specific help

Invoices, failed payments, credits, refunds, taxes, and subscription state are account-specific. Contact support from the signed-in workspace so the team can verify the account before answering or changing anything.
