• AI-first: AI answers and gathers context first, with human handoff available when needed.

Recommended first setup

2. Choose a routing mode that matches your current support process.
3. Configure your Smartbar branding and website domain.
4. Add approved Help Center articles or Knowledge sources.
5. Configure the Agent’s identity, business context, and safety guidance.
6. Run realistic test conversations before publishing.

You can change routing later without rebuilding the rest of your setup.
